At Root & Remain | Racine & Reste, each piece is released in limited quantities as part of a considered archive. Because of this, we aim to keep our return process fair, clear, and consistent.
Returns
We accept returns on unworn, unused items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must reach out to us by email below
- The item must be in its original condition
- Unworn, unwashed, and free of any damage
- Returned in original packaging (if applicable)
- Review refund policy below as not all returns may receive refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Final Sale Items
All items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Due to the limited nature of our releases, some items may be designated as final sale at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size, we recommend returning your item (if eligible) and placing a new order, subject to availability.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after processing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
