Shipping policy
At Root & Remain, each order is prepared with care and intention. As a small, limited-release brand, we aim to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after purchase.
During new drop releases, processing times may be slightly extended due to order volume.
Shipping Within Canada
We ship across Canada only using trusted carriers through Chit Chats.
Estimated delivery times:
- Québec & Ontario: 2–5 business days
- Other provinces: 3–8 business days
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 CAD (before taxes).
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:
- Carrier issues
- Weather conditions
- High shipping volumes
Root & Remain is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
We will do our best to assist, but Root & Remain is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.
